So...fun story. I was pulling into Genghis Grill today for lunch with a friend. I circled the parking lot once and then pulled into a parking space. Unbeknownst to me, a lady had reserved this parking space from 100 feet away, across a parking lot intersection by putting her turn signal on (silly me for taking her spot when I was next to it and she wasn't even close right?). She stopped, waited for me to get out of my car, pulled closer and rolled her window down...use your imagination here for what she said, but I'll give you a clue...I'm a rude a-hole apparently. I was content with ignoring her idiocy and going on with my day by eating dinner. An hour later I returned to my car half-expecting my tires to be slashed or some ridiculousness....but to my surprise she left a kind, warm-hearted note (pictured above)!! Much to say, the friend I was eating with and I had a hearty laugh at this, and especially at the irony of calling someone a moron while trying to "teach manners." Lesson from today: Don't take a parking space when there is someone with their blinker on within half a mile...Did I mention that I didn't even notice her until I was almost fully into the parking space? That should tell you how far away she really was. Hooray stupidity mixed with road rage!!
